February 4, 1717: The first Russian modern encyclopaedia on secular uprising for the youth is issued by the decree of Peter I (Peter the Great).

It Was called "Yunosti chestnoe zertsalo"("The true mirror of youth").

This was the first manual teaching manners and moral education as well as civil type, arable numerals as opposed to Old Church Slavonic symbols.

The manual enjoyed increasing popularity all along the 18th century.

February 4, 1945: The Yalta Conference, sometimes called the Crimea Conference, started. This was wartime meeting of the heads of government of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union: President Franklin D.Roosevelt, Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and General Secretary Joseph Stalin, respectively, - for the purpose of discussing Europe's postwar reorganization.

Mainly, it was intended to discuss the re-establishment of the nations of war-torn Europe.
